Intrastate Moving
Michigan Intrastate Moves are regulated by the Michigan Public Service Commission. This means that legally all movers providing service for a relocation within the state of Michigan but moving farther than 40 miles, must charge the same rates as every registered mover in the state. This means all intrastate moves should cost the same for the same services being performed. Weights and services will determine the actual cost. Discounting and price guarantees are not allowed. Ohio Intrastate Moves allow movers to discount from the same tariff that all movers are required to follow.
