I just wanted to convey to you how totally happy we were with Mayflower and especially with the men who were assigned to our move. Mike was absolutely wonderful. He could not have been nicer to us; as was Steve and the other men involved. On the California end, my sister-in-law met the truck and had the same great experience with the crew.
Juan B. is an excellent crew captain. He stayed in touch with me during the cross-country move, arrived on time, and even called me after the move to see if I had settled in alright. The move was cross-country, with delivery to a storage unit. His skill and efficiency and calming presence made all the difference, even though it did not go perfectly. It was not his fault. Karen W.

I want to comment also on the extraordinary professionalism, dedication and just plain kindness of the local delivery crew. It was an awfully hot day but they were never deterred from the task at hand, which was huge, moving a household of furniture and belongings into a fully furnished 3-BR rambler. They were so considerate and helpful, even asking if they could reposition anything after the truck was unloaded. I am very grateful for all your assistance. The piano repair specialist was great, courteous, and professional.Nothing else was broken, our shipment arrived on time, the driver protected our new hardwood floors and all in all, we were very impressed.I just wanted to let you know because sadly it is rare to find good customer service like this nowadays. We hope not to move soon but we would definitely go with Mayflower again and we will recommend it to our friends. The driver, John Ritchey, was very good at communicating with me regarding delivery, etc., and went above his duty to ensure that my items were received in good (unbroken) condition.

Nothing was broken, they were very careful about the walls, carpet, etc. so no real damage other than a few scuffs on the walls. They were so nice, easy going and worked their tails off. I’ve heard horror stories from friends about movers that stand around, take a zillion breaks, have to be directed over and over what to do, etc. These guys were hustling – from the minute they got there until they pulled out of the driveway.
