Our Management and Staff

Les brings to our company a fresh new perspective from outside our industry.  Having worked in the head pain and neurological industry for 12 years, he'll be a perfect fit for operations in the moving industry.  Les is a numbers guy and pays attention to detail, and brings a commitment to quality and growth.  He has a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University in Human Resource Management.  Les is married and enjoys traveling and mountain biking.

Karen Scheffer is a Relocation Specialist and has been since she came into the industry 17 years ago.  She excels in coordinating office relocations and distribution projects and brings a passion for details to her customers.  In her free time, Karen is a dedicated and loving volunteer at a local animal rescue facility.  She is involved in donations, fund raising, and caring for the dogs and cats.

Stacy Cain is a Relocation Coordinator.  She has 3 years industry experience  and is actively pursuing her undergraduate degree at Madonna University.  Stacey enjoys, reading, music (concerts), traveling, and time with her family.

Amy attended Eastern Michigan and studied Communications.  She is from Jackson, MI and has been working in sales and management for the past 10 years with Verizon.  We are excited to have Amy’s extensive knowledge of customer service on our team.  Amy is married and expecting her first child in the fall of 2011.

Steve has over 20 years experience in the moving industry. His broad based experience includes being part of the moving crew, crew leader, supervisor, and now a moving consultant. This experience has provided Steve with the knowledge on how a professional move should take place and he conveys that to his customers.

When asked what differentiates him from his competition, Steve states, “I am honest and I tell them what they need to hear, not what they might want to hear. Making sure my customers know what to expect and when to expect it, leads to a positive moving experience and a satisfied customer.”

In his spare time, Steve loves golf and even though he claims not to be proficient at it, he had a hole-in-one this year!  Steve is very proud of his ability as a softball player and has played on several state and regional championship teams!

Rob joins us in 2010 as a 27 year veteran of the moving industry.  He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our company and will specialize in office and industrial warehouse relocation.  He came into the industry as a driver and worked local and over the road for 14 years before working in office and industrial sales, where he has been for the past 13 years.  His largest office move involved relocating over 1200 people over the course of the move.  He enjoys hunting and and fishing when he can find the time.   

Joe Bjerk (Burk) brings 19 years of successful industry experience and a strong drive to grow.  Joe is originally from the Detroit area and attended the University of Michigan.  He has a great deal of experience in the moving industry, having been a driver, working in operations, and managed at the executive level.  His work experience helps Joe understand all facets of the moving industry and allows him to resolve many of his customer’s concerns.  Joe is married and has 3 children.
